Works and fits.

It is cute but very difficult to get on and off. There's a latch on the side that you have to push in to get it to open and the plastic is very thick and strong and it's almost impossible to push. Anyone who doesn't have strong hands may want to avoid it. I ended up breaking the top piece yanking on it but it still connects back together if I shove the plastic tube back in and after that broke it actually made it a lot easier for me to open and close it. It has one constant light mode and 2 pulsing modes. I actually bought this for myself to wear to a rave. I dislike the fact that it goes from bright white to a light yellow color on the other side but I guess I can't expect much for a few dollars.

can't figure out how to cut it to fit size. they said you can cut to fit size but I can't get one of the fastners off to be able to cut it to size. disappointed because it's too big and I can't customize the size of the light up collar as mentioned. but it is USB rechargeable and works great other then the sizing problem.
